How far in advance should I book?
Our calendar opens 60 days ahead, and we allow bookings up to 48 hours before the shoot. Rush services for same-day or next-day are available for an extra fee.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Desert storms blow in fast. We'll watch the forecast and reschedule at no charge, or allow you to choose to let us proceed and replace skies digitally.
Do I need to prep the home?
Yes, we need the blinds raised, lights on, and clutter removed. We email a 1-page Prep Checklist right after you book; please share it with the seller or stager.
Can pets be home during the shoot?
We love pets, but free-roaming animals prolong shoots and appear in mirrors. Please secure them in a room we're not photographing.
When will I get my photos?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours via a private gallery + ZIP download. 24 24-hour rush is available for an additional fee.
What's included in the usage license?
Unlimited MLS, social, and print marketing for the specified property until it's sold or leased. No additional fees, ever.
Can I get the RAW files?
To protect our brand and editing workflow, RAW files stay in-house. High-res TIFFs are available at $25/image if you need them.
What if the seller isn't happy with a photo?
One round of minor edits is free within 7 days. If we missed something critical, we'll reshoot that angle at no cost.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Inside of 24 hours, the deposit is retained to cover reserved time.
